Eye Test
Your eyesight is your most precious sense and deserves the highest standards of professional care. Without good vision it is difficult to enjoy every day activities, including reading, driving and watching TV.
Our Optometrists will conduct a thorough eye examination which they will look closely at all aspects including the health of your eyes as well as testing your vision. The Eye Examination appointment will last up to 45 minutes. Private and NHS eye examinations for adults and children are available with all of our Optometrists.
Your eye examination is a vital health check as taking care of your eyes now can prevent possible complications later in life. Eye diseases often progress quickly and without any noticeable symptoms, but by seeing our Optometrists these can be detected through your eye exam.
We will ask questions about your eye sight, general health, your family’s health, and your lifestyle. We are then able to carry out many different tests during your eye examination, which will tailor to your individual needs.

We have a large range of Eyecare products including multivitamins which are beneficial for combating conditions due to aging like Macular degeneration, and also a whole range of drops and gels which can help with dry eye syndrome.
We have an OCT Machine, which enables us to take scans and pictures of the eyes. OCT stands for Optical Coherence Tomography. OCT works a little like ultrasound for the eye. It shows us beyond the retinal surface and gives a cross-section view of the layers of tissue behind, helping us to spot abnormalities up to five years before a traditional test.
